iMuscle 2 is a highly visual, 3D-based health and fitness app that has been recognized for its excellence. iMuscle 2 offers premium content, including a 3D model of the human body that allows users to zoom in and tap on specific muscles to access exercises and stretches targeted to that muscle. The app also features animations that provide direction on how to properly perform each exercise. It is designed for both individual users and fitness instructors or physiotherapists working with clients.

Using iMuscle 2 is simple:

 <li>To work on a specific body area, zoom into that area on the 3D model.</li>
 <li>Tap on a muscle you want to work on to reveal a list of exercises associated with that muscle.</li>
 <li>Select an exercise to view an animated model performing the exercise, along with detailed written instructions and highlighted targeted muscles.</li>
 <li>Add the exercise to a workout.</li>
